What is the difference between Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 training?
Level 1 offers guidance from certified trainers for beginners, Level 2 provides advanced personal training with individualized programs, and Level 3 gives you exclusive access to elite, highly-qualified trainers for personalized, goal-driven coaching and support.
Can I try the gym before signing up?
Yes! You can register for a free 3-day trial pass to experience the facility, try equipment, and attend select classes before committing to a membership.
Do you offer personal training?
Absolutely. We offer personal training at Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3, with sessions tailored to your goals, fitness level, and preferences. Each level offers varying expertise and customization.
What are your payment options?
Memberships can be paid by cash, UPI, or bank transfer. Payment is typically made at the start of the membership period or as per plan terms.
Are there any age restrictions for membership?
Members must be at least 16 years old. Those under 18 require parental consent. All new members complete a health and safety screening.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Memberships can be paused or frozen due to health or travel reasons as per our membership policy. For cancellation, please contact the front desk for terms and notice period requirements.
